Mariam obtained her MSc and PhD degrees in aerospace engineering in 2009 and 2014 from the Control & Simulation division Delft University of Technolog for her work on Assessing Sector Complexity in Air Traffic Control. Mariam is currently a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. Her research interests include understanding human-machine interaction in the air traffic management domain.
