Brian received his MSc in Human Factors (1993) and PhD in Applied Experimental Psychology (1996) from the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. He is Senior Consultant at the Center for Human Performance Research (CHPR), The Netherlands. His research interests include automation design, ATM, and human performance. He is an instrument-rated private pilot.
