Optical flow demo

This Java-based demo illustrates how splay and density (or compression) lines, in combination with altitude and speed, influence the perception of depth, altitude, and egomotion. The theory behind this demo is described in Christopher Wickens’ book “Engineering Psychology and Human Performance”.
